I think you are misinterpreting the false positive and antibiotics. If you were taking amox for chlamydia (not the best medication for that, by the way), you could have a false positive due to dead chlamydia DNA remaining in your body. If you don't have chlamydia, you wouldn't get a false positive from antibiotics.
However, if you can find out what the name of the test, I can help better with false positive rates, etc.
