tip of penis feels wet and stings

im an 18 year old male and last year i found out that i had chlamydia. me and my girlfriend went to g.u.m clinic and had a urine sample, swabs and a bloodt test. it came back as just chlamydia. about a month ago i noticed after i urinated the tip of my penis still felt wet but on closer inspection it was dry. since then it has slowly gotten worse and now feels wet all of the time. sometimes the tip of my penis stings/burns and when i look the opening to my penis is open which i thought was quite odd. another problem that only happens once every couple of days is that when i urinate towards the end it turns milky and when ive finished the tip of my penis burns/stings alot. me and my partner have had no other sexual partners so i dont think it can be an S.T.I.

I visited my doctor last week and told him all about it. he examined my penis and said all looks ok and that it will proberly go away soon, what do you think the problem could be? thanks

There are no doctors monitoring this forum. I would suggest you may need to see a urologist. I cannot speculate further.
