treatment not effective?

So I went to the Dr. two weeks ago b/c I had symptoms of chlamydia, got tested and started me on round of antibiotics. (Doxycycline for 7 days two pills a day). Results came back positive, but condition didn't seem to improve after the antibiotics were all taken. Went BACK to the Dr. and they put me on both Azithromyicin (1g) and Flagyl. That has been over a week ago, but I'm still not quite sure if it's all gone. when I wake up in the morning I have no visible discharge, but I do after "milking" my penis. Not a lot but a clearish/yellowish drop will come out. Other that that I have no symptoms, no painful urination or anything like that, just that discharge when I "milk". I'm not sure if i should go back AGAIN or what? Surely after three rounds of three different anti-biotics it would be gone right?

Stop milking. I see no reason to return, milking to produce symptoms is not a symptom.
