waiting of results

Hello - I have been having pain in the tip of my penis for a few weeks (no discharge though). and now waiting a week for results. In the meantime I'm having to avoid sex with my 'monagamous' partner just in case it is chlamydia.  I had sex with a man for the first time outside my relationship about a month ago. We had anal sex, protected.  We also exchanged oral; he had visible precum. I understand chlamydia can come from oral, but if i do have chlamydia and it came from this extramarital affair, does this mean i contracted it from his giving me oral? Or can the pain in my penis come from anal chlamydia? [This point always seems unclear in information on the disease: for me to get chlamydia with symptoms in my penis, would it then have had to come from receiving oral? i don't penetrate men.]

The other possibility: I once had chlamydia 7 years ago and took antibiotics. Could it be that I never got rid of the chlamydia? I haven't been tested since.

No you would not have gotten chlamydia from oral sex, it is rare if at all possible. You would not have had chlamydia from 7 years ago.

I doubt you even have chlamydia from the symptoms.
