what was this?

hi in feb i had what i thought was implantation bleeding so i went to the doctor and got a blood test done, and a pap smear. The test came out negative for pregnancy, a week later the doc called and told me i tested positive for chlamydia so my question is could the dark brown pinkish blood been from the chlamydia infection, and can stds make u miss ur period?

The bleeding could well have been from the chlamydia.

It could have also been from implantation.  How early did you have the pregnancy test?  Did the doc notice any cervical changes consitent with pregnancy?

STDs won't make you miss your period.

I didnt get a period the whole month of feb, the one before that was jan 11. I took the blood test feb 29, it was just the 1 that said yes or no and i had the bleeding the 10th of feb and it was only when i wiped. so i dont know what it was

and oh the doc wasnt very helpful she didnt even explain what the bleeding was from , and she is very nasty but my period did come on mar 3 so i doubt its pregnancy but then agin i dunno

If your test was negative, and you've had a period, then you aren't pregnant.  Some women do have bleeding when they are pregnant, but you wouldn't have had the negative test.

I'm sorry your doc was nasty.  It would probably be a good idea to find a new one then.
