what will happen....

My boyfriend and I have recently got tested positive for Chlamydia but both at separate times.  He was first medicated, and he assumed that his medication treatment recovery of nine days was completed so i gave him oral sex thinking nothing of it. Now I've been treated and when i asked him about that day he said his nine days was up...so does that mean he still has the S.T.D. and I am again at another risk?

Chlamydia is rarely, if ever, an oral infection, so its highly unlikely that you got it orally from giving him oral sex, even if he still had it.  It wouldn't worry me at all.

Make sure to wait for at least 7 days after your treatment to have sex, though.
