will it work?

I received unprotected oral sex from a stripper.  I became paranoid that I contracted a STD because I was diagnosed with Chlamydia in 2007.  3 days after the oral sex I began a regiment of antibiotics I had at home.  I am aware I should not self medicate but what is done is done.  My question is, is the amount of antibiotics I know the amount taken is sufficient to prevent or treat Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhea.  7 days 100mg Doxy 2X daily, 3 days 500mg Keflex 2X daily, 1g Azithromycin, and 400mg Suprax, but was wondering do you have to wait a certain amount of time before the disease is treatable.  I know I went overboard and believe the anitbiotics, along with anxiety have caused symptoms.  Approximately 5 days after the oral sex (2 days after starting the medication) I began to get discomfort at my urethra opening and some scant clear discharge.  I also had diarrhea, nausea, headaches, and drowsiness.  Is it possible the symptoms were caused by an overdose of antibiotics and not a STD?
