Exercise & Cholesterol/Triglycerides

I am in my 40s, with HDL and Triglyceride levels creeping up.  Can exercise help to keep them under control?

Exrecise will increase your HDL which will help lower your LDL as it's function is to bind to LDL and take it back to your liver to be eliminated or recycled. Remember, HDL is your friend, you want high HDL and low LDL. You do need to check wit your doctor beofre starting any new exercise program.
