Is it a heart problem or anxiety? Help!

Hello i would like some help please, ive been feeling bad, ok a month and a half ago i woke up in the morning to go the rr and when i got up i felt my heart beating really fast and it took a long time to slow down and since then ive been feeling my heart beating real fast like 130 i have headaches,sometimes my eyes hurt i also have real bad nausea and feel dizzy and my heart beats fast with any single thing i do i went to go see a doctor like a month ago they did some blood test everything came out normal but my cholesterol was around 200 so they gave me lipitor for that but i still feel bad i also been taking xanax 0.25 mg and i feel a lil bit better with that so i would like some help thanx.
