TRI level dropped

I've had my cholesterol checked annually for the last 7 years. My numbers have always been relatively consistent around:

Total: 155
LDL: 90
HDL: 50
TRI: 130

Then a year ago, my TRI level dropped to 40 while everything else remained consistent with previous years. I just had it checked this year and it's at 61. My GP didn't seem concerned with this drop, but it worries me that this number changed so drastically (130 avg to 40) within 1 year with no real changes to my lifestyle.
