What to make out my cholestrols levels

Hello All,
A bit of my history:
I have a history of hypertension since last 10 years. I take a tablet to control my BP.
My biggest issue has been after I was diagnosed with hypothyroid 3 years back.
I have terrible muscle aches. I also take thyroid supplements for my thyroid issue.
I also take vitamin D, vitamin b12, multivitamin tablet and two cod liver oil capsules daily.

I did complete blood test last week and I am perplexed with the cholesterol numbers.
I am looking for guidance on how to interpret these numbers and if these are not good, what can I
do to bring things under control:
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL PHOTOMETRY 175 mg/dl 125 - 200
HDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 22 mg/dl 35-80 **
LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 66 mg/dl 85 - 130 **
TRIGLYCERIDES PHOTOMETRY 251 mg/dl 25 - 200 **
TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL RATIO CALCULATED 7.9 Ratio 3.0 - 5.0 **
LDL / HDL RATIO CALCULATED 3 Ratio 1.5 - 3.5
VLDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 50.2 mg/dl 5 - 40 **
NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 152.8 mg/dl < 160
