no butter or any fatty food, love vegetables fruits,

just one week later i repeated the test
total cholesterol 169, LDL 129,HDL 48
how could it be such a huge difference

Yes, your LDL should be under 130, even with a good HDL, your LDL is too high. Ask your doctor for an appropriate diet and possibly some meds.
