Hello before I ask my question I will fill in briefly,
I'm 20 years old I have high cholesterol and under hospital for it aswell, I lost my mum 6 years ago due to having heart disease n I'm scared it may happen to me at a early age as she was only 40 we wasn't aware that she had it she just passed away suddenly, so then doctors wanted blood tests to see if It ran in the family and it did, so then they diagnosed me with high cholesterol after a few blood tests and results they put me on a lower perscription of them n felt like they wasn't doing what they was supposed to bring because it was so high, so then they gave me privastatin ( sorry can't spell) on a high perscription i hate admitting to myself i have to take them as i feel somthin is wrong with me if that makes sence, but my question is I always forget to take them is there anyone who can provide hints or tips for me to remember to take them please and thank you x
