Do you guys think my nutritional values are healthy? - -1.) I eat as much organic foods as I could 2.) I read the ingredients labels 3.) I never eat margarine, corn oil, cottonseed oil, canola oil, and/or soybean oil(except when it says "expeller pressed") 3.) I'm active as much as I could 3.) I eat alot of: fruits, vegetables, sprouted or whole grain breads, organic raw milk, organic pastured butter, tea ( green, oolong, black, and herbal), nuts, beans, organic virgin coconut, olive, flax, and/or fish oil,unrefined sweeteners( including raw honey, pure maple syrup, a little bit of molasses, and stevia), alot of seafood, 85% cocoa chocolate, and organic grass fed beef. 4.) I never take meds, artificial sweeteners,or anything else artificial, anything high in sugar(especially refined sugar) or sodium and low in nutrients or antioxidants.
