Always tired?

It's actually starting to bother me, but all I ever do is sit or sleep. If I want to get up and do something, I sometimes make it to the back of the house then think of ways to avoid having to deal with getting dressed and leaving. My body aches 24/7, I have been getting a lot of headaches the last month and I even find myself getting out of breath. This started a few years ago but nothing to the extent it is now. I dread cooking dinner for my kids, and cooking has always been something I love to do. I get up about 7:30/8 but by 10:30 I'm falling asleep!!! What the heck is wrong with me. I don't wanna rush to the doctor with, "Hey Doc..I'm tired!" That just sounds so crazy to me.
Anyone have this same issue and have a clue if this is an actual thing???

Wingsfan,
I don't know if you will check this comment but maybe someone else will be scrolling looking for answers. I hope this helps.

There are many things this could be. Including physical. Of course you should go to your doctor with, "Hey Doc…I'm tired!". That's what they are for.

You don't specify but you might be trying to avoid leaving the house and doing things OR you could be too tired to do so! Both should be investigated.

Talk to your doctor. Let them know how you are feeling, what activities you can no longer do/enjoy. Don't rule out mental stress but also look at what could physically be going on. You're not crazy but physical problems can make you feel that way.

Good luck,
jayne
