Cmv reactivated my ebv?

At the age of 20 I contracted cmv. My whole world flipped upside down. At the time I always had body issues and stressed a lot. I over exercised and didn't eat a lot. When I caught this virus I almost never rested. I honestly didn't know what was going on either and why I was sick. Then later I went to the dr and they said I had Cmv and I should be fine. Now it's a year and a half later and I don't even recognize myself. I'm worn out I have constant fatigue. Before my symtoms where eye twitches, heavy brain fog, low energy, dry eyes. Now I'm just constantly tired my eyes are dry my skin is dry. It totally messed up my hormones. I also gained weight after the virus and I haven't changed anything. I used to be a healthy 20 yr old besides the tendency to over exercise and under eat. It's consuming my life and I'm wondering if it'll ever end. It almost feels as tho my body is stressed and it won't ever leave. My hair also began falling out and now my testosterone is high from the stress.

I went back to the dr and the ebv I had when I was 16 reactivated which is very uncommon. I don't know what to do. I can't sleep at night anymore it's driving me crazy. Please help
