Overall tiredness / pain

Hi,

I have been having serious health troubles lately that largely interfer with my overall functioning. These are the following:

- I have head, face and neck aches 24/7, however there is a difference in the kind of pain, intensity of pain, location of pain. When it is on my scalp, it really is a burning pain. When it is in my face it's a rather dull pain. When it's in my neck it just feels like tension in my muscles. When it's in my temples it's a burning pain. When it's in my forehead it's a pressure-like pain that pushes on my eyes. I'm sometimes having trouble putting my glasses on, as my eyes seem to have to make a large effort...
- Sometimes the feeling radiates to my chest, putting pressure there
- Visual snow
- Palpitations. Sometimes my heart rate goes up to 130 with no reason. Also I feel my heart pounding when, for example, turning around in bed. I feel my heart beating almost always.
- Trouble breathing. I seem to not be able to do things without thinking how to breathe. When I'm thinking about something else, it seems like my breathing won't continue automatically.
- Overall tiredness
- Concentration and sometimes also memory problems

It just seems like there is something missing in my body. Something that gives me that extra boost of energy to be fully concentrated and clear, healthy feeling again.

Can someone help? What can cause this?

I have had:
- MRI brain and neck (clear)
- heart monitoring 24 hours (good, just a quite rapid heart rate at times)
- blood tests (IgM Epstein Bar positive)
