feeling weak and achy on and off

For the last few months I have been having days of feeling really achy and exhausted to the point where I feel so bad I want to cry but can't even do that as I am so weak. I have also been getting more frequent headaches and gaining weight. I often feel dizzy and sick and feel that I need to go back to bed to recover. Please help, I really would like so information as it's effecting my day to day life.

I know how you feel, I started taking B12 about 2 weeks ago and I do have more energy ,and feel less nervy'..I had thought it was a virus .I do have up and down sugar levels which doesn't help..I cope with that with diet ..

I have had blood tests done and nothing showed up, just gilbert syndrome but I have been diagnosed with that since I was about 10 and now 23years and it hasn't bothered me and the doctor said that wouldn't cause my symptoms. They keep telling me it's a virus but I don't feel it is! Today was a bad day again and I have been exhausted just after making food or a drink :(

I get similar I am thinking that it is allergies ..I do know that in CA we are bombarded with aerial spraying, you could ask for a heavy metal toxicity test

Hi lolziie.

Have you had any tests done? Any other diagnosis?

You need to rule out hypothyroid, hypoglycemia, nutritional & mineral deficiencies, anemia, food sensitivities-specially gluten, metabolic syndrome, leptin resistance...

Let me know if you need any details.

Best wishes.
