fever without temperature, body weakness and muscle pain for over 1 year

Hi. I will really like help on this. I have suffered from internal fever. My body temperature when taken by a thermometer is normal,but I feel warm and feverish inside me. I have joint and muscles that ache especially on my booth knees. I also suffer from extreme fatigue sometimes and also realized that I have flu like symptoms the whole year round. This has last for over 1 year and have gone through numerous medical test but the doctors can't diagnose exactly what is wrong with me. Please anybody help me with advice. Im 24 yrs old and this situation keeps me so depressed.

the temperature issues are a part of cfs as is the pain-nothing will show in medical tests.Have you been diagnosed with CFS?

I get similar last few months I thought it may be a virus or Lyme ..the lyme test came out neg twice though...I still am hoping its a virus that will go away ..
