Hi. Okay ... quite a few things to mention ...

First, Epakitin is no good for your dog. It's basically a nourishment supplement with very little active phosphate binding qualities. I would strongly advise switching to aluminium hydroxide at the earliest opportunity.

Next, if your dog has not had IV Fluids, then your vet needs to give this first - before SubQs. SubQs are good for follow-up after IV Fluids, but it can take far too long to regain control of blood numbers using just SubQs alone. The creatinine needs to be brought down, and IVs are the way to achieve it fast.

Has your vet given Missy anti-emetic and anti-nausea medication? If not, this needs doing now. The nausea and vomiting are likely due to rising toxin levels in the stomach and blood. The problem is this causes a vicious circle, feeling sick, not eating, low energy levels, feeling more sick, and so on. Something like Mirtazipine is a good choice as it deals with several health issues at once. Talk to your vet about it.

That's probably enough for now to keep you busy for a while. If you want to ask any questions, please do.
