Chest Pain

When I bend over to pick anything up, I get sharp pains in my chest.  What would cause this symptom?  The pain will also radiate in btw my shoulder blades.

This is a common, benign symptom, most likely due to muscular problem.  It could also be related to your position, such as a pinched nerve.  You might want to try stretching exercises or yoga.
