Please Help.

Can some please PLEASE help me to understand Spirometry results( PRE)

FCV   73%                  RV  62%             DLCO 46%
FEV1   68%
FEV1FVC  92%
FEV25-75   53
PEF  64%
TLC  69%
VC   73%

These are definitely abnormal results. Some of the values may also be internally inconsistent. There appear to be features of both restriction and obstruction, the two main categories of lung function abnormality.

The best advice I can provide is that you discuss these results with your lung specialist, in the context of Chest X-ray and CT of the lungs findings, smoking history, occupational history etc.
