What  can cause someone to have a "buzzy' feeling or a sharp pain through the lungs when inhaling deeply?

A sharp pain could be caused by pleurisy, a fractured rib or cartilage, strained or torn intercostal ligaments or a compressed intercostal nerve.  The first step would be a chest x-ray.
