7 black spots on lung x-ray

i have had phneumonia since june of 08,now the have 7 black spots on lft. lung, what can thi be.

If you still have pneumonia, especially if you still have symptoms, since June in addition to the "black spots", this is called a complicated pneumonia and you should see a lung specialist to determine why the pneumonia has not completely cleared.  If all you have is the 7 "black spots" they may be associated with a healed pneumonia, either cysts or scars, and of no consequence.  You must ask your doctor to tell you what these spots are most likely to be.
