Changes in my voice and pain in my throat

I was diagnosed with Asthma and COPD almost 3 years ago now.  I am using Spireva inhaler once per day, Symbicort twice a day and Ventolin as needed.  I attended a Lung Clinic where we were taught pursed lip breathing, diphramatic breathing, exercising and basically how to deal with this condition.  There were about 6 others that had been diagnosed years before and they hadn't had any change to their voice over the years while using these meds.

My question is regarding the loss of my voice.  I am very hoarse and this seems to come and go but affects me daily.  Occasionally I get a really bad pain in either the left or right side of the front of my neck but it seems to dissipate over time (usually a week or two).  The pain can be likened almost to a strained muscle but upon palpating the neck, the muscle is not sore, it is painful toward the esophagus.  The pain really doesn't seem to be related to the loss of my voice as my voice has been hoarse for at least the last two months and the latest neck pain only lasted about 1 week.  My voice did not return post neck pain.  

My gp has done blood tests for Thyroid and I had an Ultrasound yesterday.  She feels that it is probably related only to my inhaled meds but I am having a lot of trouble with disabling fatigue as well as other symptoms.

My question is can the inhaled meds I have been taking cause me to lose my voice and will it continue this way or will my voice eventually return to normal if it is the inhaled meds causing it?
