Low oxygen level

My Aunt suffers from a very level oxygen level and its gets reduced as low as 48%. In absence of any oxygen supply through ventilators. can someone suggest the device which can be used to increase the oxygen level in body. she is 45 yrs old. and 2yrs back she was in a very serious state and recovered. suddenly from the past 6 months she is suffering almost most days in hospital. can someone suggest.
