Lung CT Results

A chest CT has shown mediastinal, bilateral hilar and bilateral axillary lymph nodes along with granulomatous. Also hypodensity in the superiar aspect of the liver. Would you recommend follow-up tests? Brother (non-smoker) died of lung cancer and sister had breast cancer.

Anytime a family member has had cancer, all other family members should be on high alert.  I have a family history of colon cancer so I get colonoscopies done every 3 years and have been since I was 40.  They have found pre-cancerous polyps and removed the. Always better to be safe than sorry.  Good luck!
