My doctor was looking at me xray and made the comment "oh thats interesting" should i be worried?

I am a 32 year old smoker and past drug user.  I had a cough for about two weeks, so I went to the doctor, who is only in her second year of residency, and she sent me for xrays and when she was viewing them with me she made the statement "oh thats interesting".  She said there were white specks of inflamation (inflammation) in my lungs.  She didnt tell me much more than that because she was extremely busy.  She wants me to try antibiotics first.  I am still a little spooked!  What does COPD look like on an xray
