Neck/Troat problems

I am 26 years old and basically have not missed a day of working our for 4 years until early November when all this started to happen.

I will start from the top here. About a month ago I had this some form of a pimple form on my scalp that was extremely painful, which I had biopsied and turned out to be benign. Thereafter I started having chronic headaches with the feeling of water in my head and ear. The pain was always isolated to the right side of my head (the same side the pimpel was on). This was accompanied by some very achey (achy) neck pain ranging from the back of my neck to the lymph nodes in my throat and side of neck. Recently the neck pain has gotten worse and spread to my shoulder and the upper part of my back. Now I am getting pain when I breath in and out deeply along the top of my back. Occasionally I have trouble swallowing or breathing in my throat due to this feeling of something stuck in my throat which usually occurs when I am tired. My concern is that the pain keeps on radiating down my body and I am constantly tired.

Symptoms:
Sore throat at the end of day
Fatigue
Trouble breathing when tired
Pain behind my ear on that bone behind my ear
Neck pain on the right side from back to front
Upper back pain made worse by breathing
Armpit hurts sometimes

Almost all of these are made relatively better by sleeping or eating. The symptoms will return eventually though.

So far I have been to 6 different interologiests and have an appointment with a ENT guy in two days.
The tests that have been run on me are as follows:
-Brain and sinus CT both Normal
-X-ray of chest, back of neck and right of neck - normal (something about an artifact found)
-Blood taken 3 times now everything normal my CO2 is 32 of 33 possible which is high for me because I am a big time runner, christ I run at 7000 feet daily. WBC and RBC cound normal.
-Tested for Mono Negative
-Tested for Strep Negative

What you describe strongly suggests a high degree of anxiety.  That could be, at least partially, responsible for your tiredness.  However a physical cause of the neck, shoulder and back pain, such as nerve compression in your spine, should be ruled out.  To do this will require x-rays of your cervical spine and it may be necessary to do an MRI of the spine.
