Nose, chest, throat and stomach tightness

I am having this condition for quite some time and I want to check if these symptoms are experienced by anyone and would like to seek your advise in regards to what should be my next steps.

Symptoms:
1. I am able to inhale more and exhale very little. I am having very hard time exhaling the air. There is always lot of tension/pressure around my upper area of the nose on both sides. It seems it(tension/tightness/pressure) is happening even when I am not trying to exhale harder. There is a lot of pressure around the throat area as well.
2. When I am inhaling and exhaling, there does not seem to be much lung activity(expansion and contraction). It feels like air is not able to come out of lung and especially on the right side. Right side chest feels always tight(24/7). Left side chest feels tight as well but not as tight as right side.
3. This tension/tightness continuous to the diaphragm area and feels tight constantly.

I am having these symptoms for around 13 years for now and these symptoms getting worse now a days. I have visited lot of doctors around this time thinking that this is related to some heart condition but all of the tests came negative. Also, when I explain this condition to the doctors, they mention that there is not any condition which might connect nose, chest and abdomen. I am kind of confused at this explanation. Couple of doctors provided nasal spray to relieve nose tightness but it has not really helped.

I am always tired and feeling fatigue because of this constant tension/tightness and it has been severely effecting my work and personal life.

I have visited doctor and he provided nasal spray to relieve nose tightness but it has not really helped. Please let me know if you have seen these kind of symptoms and it relates to any specific condition. Please guide me in terms of what should be my next steps. I appreciate your help. Thank you!
