Peak Flow Meter results

Could some of you offer your peak flow meter results so I can have comparison with mine? I can't blow over a 250. I am on Spiriva and Albuteral. Any suggestions? Thank you so much- I don't feel short of breath until I exercise or walk real fast or far.

Peak flow values are very personal.  250 maybe perfectly normal and healthy for you for you.

Here is a link to normal values.  These are averages by gender, height and age.  Your values may be very different from these "predicted" values.  For example the charts say that I should be around 445, but my personal best is 590.  I am VERY sick when  I am at the predicted value.

I hope that helps you some.

Take care.
