Primary Pulmonary Hypertension

Here are reports for the patient. We are looking for advice from experts for the best treatment based on below reports. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

CT PULOMART ANGIOGRAPHY

No evidence of any lumen occluding thrombus in the main pulmonary trunk, right pulmonay artery and left pulmonary artery. The first and second order brancher of the lown and upper lobes show normal enhancement.

The main pulmonary trunk is dilated and measures 33 mm and shows no thrombosis. The right and left main pulmonary trunk approx. measures 23 mm in diameter.

The right artrium and right ventricle are dialated and left ventricle appears smaller.

No pericardial abnormality.

Visualized lung parenchyma apparears remarkable.

No significant pleural effiusion.

RADIOLOGICAL REPORT

No evidence of any CT detectable thrombus in the main pulmonary artery, its major brancher and the first and second order branches of the lower and upper lobes

Dilated pulmonary artery with dilated right atruum and right ventricle suggesting pulmonary hypertension.
