Question about pulmonary test

I have to take a pulmonary fuction test to  go back to the military  and i can jog 3 1/4 miles no problem and hold my breath for about 2 min - 220 min  is there a good likely hood i will pass for one two I have taken these test in the past and passed I am worryed is there anything i can do to prepare  three if someone takes the tread mill test for a pft in the past for 20 min at a 45% incline at 8 and a half mph and the over all test only changes 2 % is there a good likely hood that i should relax and i should do fine that doc said i passed but hey never hurts to ask
