RAD or COPD

Hello,

I had walking pneumonia 2 months ago with lots of nasal congestion.  I did the Z Pack TX and the nasal problems went, yet the cough continued.  Weeks later with no improvement, I was RX with RAD.  I have been taking inhalers and breathing Tx's ....

I continue to have a dry cough, no secretions and chest pressure, and do not get winded on exercise any more than usual.

I did not improve with a short tx of Predisone.

My pulmonary function test DX was Mild COPD.

Can you have RAD that finally goes away?  Can your pulmonary function test improve?  Does COPD always get worse over time?

Should I try not to use Albuteral unless I am really bad?
