When I wake up I have great trouble in breathing. This is the worst part of my emphysema. As soon as I wake I have to use my inhaler (Airomir, Salbutamol) I have tried sleeping sitting up, but as I go off I get a chocking sensation, Has any one solved this problem?
Do you wake up during the night to use your inhaler? If you have brokenBroken bone Broken or knocked out tooth sleep you may a longer acting medication, or, if you are already on long-acting medication, you may need oxygen.
I have copdChronic obstructive pulmonary disease Copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder) Smoking and copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder), emphsema, chronic neuropathy pain from surgeries on my lung and then on my back to remove nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity damage, which it didn't. I have had this for 10 years. In the last 5 year , I am gradually getting worse.
My stomach is bloating out as if I am 9 months pregnant. I am 72 years old and I sure wish I had never had these surgeries. The spot on my lung didn't need to come
off, as it was benign, just an old pneumonia scar.
I hve such a hard pressure under my left breast. I am partially numb there intermittent, and around to my back, which is " raw sore to the touch" internally and externally. This never stops. Pain meds do not help at all. The doc just gave me some aciphex and enzymes for my bloated stomach. Thy just can't seem to help me, and I have went to every kind of doc , I think there is.Now they want me to try Cold Laser Therapy. Has anyone tried this?
