Something isn't right

My right lung was remove in 1989, dued to a car accident.  For some reason it fills like is something stuck in the lower part of my bronchial tube where it curves under my breast. Sometime that area is sore, and swollen and numb Also directly in the back of  that area on my back I have develope a medium size knot on my back right above my incision. whatever is inside of that knot is so uncomfortable. And if you push it I can feel it threw my chest to the front where that problem is in my bronchial tube. Please help me , and tell me what kind of Dr I need to help me with this situation. Thanks.

Also I wheez sometimes, and have terrible breathing and start to vomit, and it sometimes the vomit comes out of my nose.

i think a consult with a Pulmonologist would probably be the best start.  Best of luck to you.
