A 10" difference in height would make a huge difference. The taller you are, the larger your lungs, men,
womenWomen's way, everybody. Thus, using the standards for a 52"
womanWomen's way, your age, would make your performance look good. You need to explain this to the nurse. They should have tables of
normalNormal saline flush predicted values, either written or electronic. The doctor should also be made aware that his nurse does not understand pulmonary function tests (PFTs), predicted values and results.
I can't tell what is what in these numbers. Please re-submit the results to us, in the form in which they appear on the print-out, including the labeling of each column of numbers.
I'm not the best one to answer this the best one I can think would be Larry as he knows much more. But the way I understand it the numbers that would change would be the predicted as I believe they are based on age and height. Sorry I can't help more.

he did this test while i was on spiriva , it says that my fev1 and fev1% is below LLN what ever that means , and its also says , predmed moderate obstruction , im 31 y/o , 5f2 (62inches) , and 168lbs . there is trial2 and trial3 listed on here too if u want those numbers ? im wondering if my own doc doesnt understand too maybe i should ask him to send me to a pulm doc .
