Hi!
Well, if you have quit smoking then there is a god chance that COPD will remain mild. You may however need to take medication as and when required. Seasonal changes may be a time when you need medication. Also, eat healthy and exercise regularly such as 30 mins walk or use treadmill or jog or swim. Take care!
