foreign object in lung

I recently choked on shards of plastic as I was eating. I can feel the nagging discomfort in one spot of my right lung, the piece I retrieved from the food I was chewing was razor sharp, fine pointed as a pin, or the most delicate thorn. What would be the logical path to take?

You need to see a pulmonologist and have a CT done.  They may go straight to a bronchoscopy so that they can remove the foreign object at the same time, but usually they will want to make sure something it there first.

Feel better.

See MD have an xray to see if it just irritation from where the object was, or if infact the object remains.
