low energy levels

I have COPD and asthma
When I attempt to do chores around the house other then normal things like make the bed, dishes and things I get extremely exhausted.  My husband and I were putting on one of those window kits to keep out the cold air out and I became very tired and my arms and legs felt like they were burning.  I use 2 inhalers a day, Spiriva and Advair Diskus 250/50 and use Albuterol inhaler as needed.  I am 70 years old.  I have never been real athetlic but I find I am getting weaker all the time.

My husband is also on Spiriva and Advair. He also has a recue inhauler. They are not working as well as they use to. I agree with mary59az, use of O2 may help with the breathing. Are you a diabetic? If so, your sugar level may be low, and you may need a boost. Try to eat more protein foods to boost your enegry level a bit. I know your illness only gives you limited mobility. I hope you feel better. I'll stop by again to check on you. May god bless you and watch over you..
