Hi!
Oxygen saturation level of 91 is low. This can happen due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, due to heart disease or due to anemia. Hence if a fours year old has breathing problems, coughs and sneezes a lot and has wheezes, he could be having COPD and should be investigated for this. However, if he is breathless without
the signs of COPD, is weak or lethargic then he could be having anemia or heart disease. Please consult your child's pediatrician for further follow up. Take care!
