lungs damaged 90 per

Who told you that? That would mean that you have only 10% of you lungs working and that you would be on O2 at a very high liter flow. Perhaps that is what you mean. If that is the case you are very, very severe and are not able to do anything. Is that the case with you? There is no way to tell what the mortality is for people with COPD as it depends on other health issues and the person's general condition.
