I am a 35 yr old single mother  just diagnosed with COPD and emphysema, now i have severe bronchitis and pneumonia and spots on my lungs. my ex seems to think i am a hypochondriac but the dr has confirmed my illness. I am alone and scared. Should I have these "spots" looked at?

I know you must be scared I was 42 when I was first diagnosed and a single parent at the time, it is important that you get to know more about empysema and ways to help to hault its progression as for the spots on your lungs I would say you most certainly must ask your doctor about these, try and keep as active as possible in the meantime good luck xx
