External ear problem.

I have liquids coming out from the back of my ear. When I don't wipe it off, it turns into a layer, like the hard layer on bruise or cuts. This liquid is quite smelly. Why does this happen and how to stop it? Sometimes, when one ear stops, the other starts. I don't have any hearing problem. It's just outside my ears.

I have tried wiping it off with a tissue but it keeps getting out. When I wipe it on the tissue, the tissue turns hard after a few minutes. The liquid sometimes have a little blood in it, if I scratch it because it's itchy. The normal colour is light yellow.
