AASLD just published Guideline for NAFLD

The diagnosis and management of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease: Practice Guideline by the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Gastroenterological Association.

Thank you for this information, I have a friend who has this and the doctor is just observing her by having her come in twice a year.  Nothing was said about what she could do to help herself
