Hi and welcome.

Steroids? Corticosteroids or anabolic?

Steroids are not proper treatment for fatigue.Taking steroids will do nothing stop the cause of your fatigue plus they can have side effects that can cause other serious health problems.

Having cirrhosis and hepatitis C and not having proper medical care is a very serious situation.

You should  see a hepatologist (a liver specialist) and getting proper medical care and if possible hepatitis C treatment ASAP. Being infected with hepatitis C will cause your cirrhosis to continue to advance. At a certain point liver damage becomes irreversible. If not properly managed cirrhosis can lead to liver failure and death.

You should find the nearest liver transplant center near you get an appointment and have your advanced liver disease evaluated. If it is still possible the hospital will treat your hepatitis C before it causes further liver damage.

Without proper medical care sooner or later you will develop life threatening complications from the cirrhosis as your liver is no longer able to perform all of its functions. Right now you are at a higher risk of developing liver cancer and need to be monitored on a regular basis so if the cancer develops it can be treated while it is still treatable. If your liver disease becomes too advanced or if you develop liver cancer the only way to continue to live will be to have a liver transplant. Something you don't want to have happen if you can help it.

Please get proper medical help while you still have time.

Good luck!
Hector
