can I tely on Fibrosis 4 score? I am confused.

According to FIB4 score given below

http://gihep.com/calculators/hepatology/fibrosis-4-score/

using ast 34, alt 35, age 35.75, platelet  count 170,  my score is 1.21., which means (according to
For NASH : Fib4 score  2.67 = F3-F4), I have F0 or F1.

However, a  professor on liver (to whom I sent my blood test results)  told me that I have definite early  cirrhosis.
After he said this, I went to emergency and did a ultrasound for liver and spleen 1 month ago  and they were totally normal and the emergency doctor told me that there is  nothing to worry. I am confused.

Hi I am sorry you are not feeling well.  I don't think you have advanced liver disease, especially with your platelets being in the normal range.  Have you taken a look at what you are eating to see if perhaps that is causing the gas, bloating? Have you been checked for any wheat allergies? I am only mentioning because my niece was diagnosed with gluten allergies which caused her a lot of gas and pain.   Heart palpitation while worrisome can be a result of anxiety.  You could get your heart checked out but I would first try to get your stomach settled as that can really take a lot out of you.

i sent my blood results to many hepatologits and 80-90%  percent of them said  nothing to worry. My Ct scan 1.5 year ago and my ultrasound 1 month ago were normal both for liver and spleen. My other blood results are normal.
The platelet count so far ranged in the last two years between 147-172.
They may seem in the range but they are towards lower bound. My gastro doctors will not ask for a biopsy with these results.
On the other hand, I have gas, bloating, heart palpitations, pain in the chest, ringing ears and sometimes a little bit red eyes. I am not sure if my problems are due to an isolated IBS, an ibs due to liver, or advanced liver disease. My total protein and albimun levels were very good so far.

Hi I went to the site that you referenced, I don't think this can be used to check yourself out.

If you had cirrhosis I would expect to see lower platelets.  I am not a doctor just a fellow patient.

Is it possible that you provided the professor with all of your numbers and that is how he came up with this dx of cirrhosis?  Most people required a liver biopsy to get this information though blood work can tell quite a bit.

Did you give the professor your complete blood work including everything? Red blood, white blood? your bilirubin, albumin?  Normally a doctor looks at the entire picture, not just a few numbers
Good luck
