i had elevated liver enzymes  around 200 (Ast and alt) 4 years ago.
They normalized after one year but once i stopped weight loss and diet they
raised around 100. however, it is last 2 years they are all normal.
i do not drink but i was overweight 4 years ago (bmi: 28 at that time and now bmi is around 24). no hepatits b and c.

i have not been to doctors many times. my ct scan one year ago was normal,
and my enzyme levels last month : ast: 26, alt: 34 and platelet count: 212.
no biopsy.

Your cat scan last year was normal and no reason exists for you to have progressed to cirrhosis.

Cirrhosis comes on slowly over months or years. Early on, there are often no symptoms. As the disease worsens, a person may become tired, weak, itchy, have swelling in the lower legs, develop yellow skin, bruise easily, have fluid build up in the abdomen, or develop spider-like blood vessels on the skin. The fluid build-up in the abdomen may become spontaneously infected. Other complications include hepatic encephalopathy, bleeding from dilated veins in the esophagus or dilated stomach veins, and liver cancer. Hepatic encephalopathy results in confusion and possibly unconsciousness.

No mention of lower leg pain from cirrhosis. Have you asked your doctor why you have this pain?

Causes. Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Some types of leg pain can be traced to problems in your lower spine. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation.

Doubtful. What does your doctor say?

Do you have elevated liver enzymes?

Do you have any risk factors for cirrhosis?

Have you had any serious illness that has been attacking your liver for many years like hep c hep b?

Do you drink alcohol to excess for many years?

Do you have any reason to believe you have cirrhosis like a doctors diagnosis? Have you had a liver biopsy or abdominal ultrasound?

Your original question "can this problem be related to advanced liver disease?"

As you had no liver disease last year as evidenced by your ct scan you could not have developed advanced liver disease is such a short period of time. At worst if there was a causing factor for example extremely excess alcohol consumption my non medical guess is you at worst woul have some early scaring of the liver maybe F1or F2 with cirrhosis being F4.

I had hep c for 37 years it took 30 years of infection for me to progress to cirrhosis. Cirrhosis does not happen overnight.
