I've had awful pain in upper stomach with runs for a week and developed severe cramps and pains in legs and arms shoulders, then came dizzy spells, headaches and now am bed ridden feeling weak and exhausted
Yes, there is a BUG! This bug is vicious! I had to leave work last week with the same symptoms! Went to the doctor and he said to let it run it's course with a virus there is very little to do but STAY hydrated, it get worse if you don't drink water. lots of water, rest and clear liquids! hope this helps
