Chest congestion and pins and needeles

It started with  flu like symptons, tired, runny nose, headache,..then chest congested, then to doctor. I went through 5 days antibiotic. On fourth day got energy back. Still congested. Now, I find myself a week later around 6pm every day getting tired and getting cold forehead and light sweat (cold). AND pins and needles, buring like sensation on back and legs. If I run hands fingers down leg, its like pins and needles...not painful, just weird feeling?? I still have congestion in chest too.
